HIV will still be available and separate from Valk, which of course will be exclusive to those who bought lifetime before the tier system.

Just to point out, this thread is over a year old(i think), so i don't understand why people are bumping it.

But to answer your questions, here:

Everyone will get the ring0 hack for free, but for Valkyrie only older lifetime members will have access to it. The ring0 hack is not a league hack, its just an addition for extra protection against VAC.
