I keep attempting to purchase but Plimus just denies it, I only have money on my paypal, no credit card. What should I do?

Put a card on there or hook it up to your bank acc so you can verify your paypal acc and send money.

I used a prepay credit card and made a google account. Dont pay Via Plimus anyways they charge you an extra 10 euro for using their service which is ridiculous.
