Lets say I buy the "EA Monthly Pass" which gives you access to one game, and I'd like to add a second game. Would I simply buy the "Enhanced Aim Game setup fee." for $10~? Or is that only for people with longer subscriptions?

If it is the former. Lets say I like EA, and choose to buy a longer subscription. Do I have to pay to add that second game again?

I don't know the answer to second question but you cannot add more games to monthly plan.

No idea, sorry ask an admin or something, but yea, you need to upgrade your package if you want to add a game to your list.
