ok i got a demo of me unloading 30 bullets into a dude..and NONE hitting him...and it isnt the server cuz every 1 else under the sun can 1 shot every1...and icant figure out wtf is wrong. i kno for damn sure it isnt my aim..and 101/101 rates blow..so im confused.

70 are good rates too. Its equivalent quality as 101. 70 is very slow and average net why 101 is for superfast net. If you have dialup and use 101 you will get like 1billion ping because your netspeed can't send 101 packets at a time. fps_max is to keep the consistency of the frames. If you have fps_max on 300, you will not have good consistency unless you have a tank gfx card which runs at 299fps ALL the time.
