Paying for the forum???? Come on if every one thought they were only paying for the forum EA would be out of business. Yes it states we are paying for the forum but come on "reality we are paying for the hack". No one would just pay to read a forum. I can't stand that statement because everyone one knows that is false! We are paying for the hack again people like to defend EA stating we are paying for the forum. In reality everyone knows and understands we are paying for the hack the forum is not appealing enough to keep business running.
Come on really paying for the forum?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, you're paying to access the forums.
The hacks are just a privilege.

Probly some of the money that you use for the hack goes into keeping the forum running? You think of that?
What do you mean by that?
You dont pay for the forum you pay for the hack and then you get access to the vip forums.
Or the other way around who cares? you get both anyways

It states that when you purchase, you are paying for the forum, people know that the cheat is included with forum access for free.

You are paying for forum access. The hack is just one of the perks you get when you become a VIP. ;)
Maybe some of the more intelligent users could figure out why you are paying for forum access.

Why are half of the people on here brain dead?
It's simple. You pay for forum access because if the hack was down, you cant go "omgomgomg sue sue sue sue, refund refund refund!".

Since the hack went down everybody went brain dead.
They dont understand that they cant make Threads about ETA's. And they keep complaining about it.. God when they release it the forum will be ub3r peaceful...

Stop whining about every aspect of EA. You people (those that can't seem to stop whining about EVERYTHING) are half of the reason things are taking "longer than expected" They are doing everything they can to get this completed as fast as they can, but people making posts that are just repeats of other people bitching are only going to cut into the progress of the product. Just shut up and be patient...all of you that complain should just get dicked out of your money and banned.

I fail to see how it makes it take an extra week longer.

It is called 'forum access' for legal reasons. If a company says they are selling cheats, they're going to have Gabens on them in a flash.

If at any point or time EA was placed under the spotlight of Steam lets say for example, this makes it simple to cover themselves by simply stating, "We did not charge for the hacks, but charged for access to the site's VIP forums"
This can be proven valid and sound under simple fact that when you pay for VIP access, you are given visibility of the "VIP" section on the forums.
And since no one has the source on their machine but rather just the distributor, it's a simple way to keep safe and clear out of trouble's way. >>If<< (Small word big meaning) IF site closed down for legal reasons, so would the hack. No leaks, no worries. Everything is centralized.
Some of that is IMO but i'm sure most of this holds true to the "Legal" policies hiding on the bottom of the EA site.
Taken directly from Legal provisions:
Enhanced aim VIP Access refers to private forum access only and no such services there with-in. Enhanced Aim LLC is not liable for content available within the private section.

It's used for disputes and legal shit as far I know. Lets say Valve doesn't like how EA is selling cheats, well EA isn't selling cheat they are simply selling private forum access that may or may not contain software that will edit the computers memory for gaming needs.
In a dispute you don't want to tell them "Well he bought the hack blah blah blah". You say he bought forum access which is a virtual item.

I read this everyday. You people have no idea how complicated software development is. You're expecting him to pull a rabbit out of a hat and get it done instantly. If so, you're in the wrong place.

Nobody is expecting a 'rabbit' to be pulled out of a hat.
And Instantly? we've been waiting for about 3 months now... I don't think that's "instant"

Think of it this way.
You are a farmer. You have a few pigs on your farm that you will eventually eat. In order for them to get big enough for them to be a real meal for someone, it will take longer. You can't just start right off the bat, you will lose a lot of meat, which can also make you money. That is what EnhancedAim is doing. They aren't giving away runts, but full blown pigs.
