I don't have the TF2 hack but my best guess is its a small F.O.V., Aimkey, and a low smooth aim setting. Because if he set smooth aim 0-2 or w/e with a small F.O.V. all he has to do is aim over the enemy and it basically locks on, he's using an Aimkey though so it doesn't stay locked on and such. I don't have the hack so idk, but that's probably what he's doing. ;)
