I had one of my friends do the mac switch and it worked with a diff isp.

Cafe + Virtual Private Network + EnhancedAim, I could not postulate a better combination.

VPN's are kinda laggy though,My ping goes up to like 180.

ya, most of us in myg0t just reset our CM's and use cafe cert.'s or use one of our other Steam accounts.

I have a cafe cert and used to have over 100 steams lol Im a see what comes up for my name in google fucking lol at that thread
