This testimonial will be and is honest. I'm not trying to put anyone down or hype anything up. Thank you for reading.
First Impressions:
My first impressions of EA was that they were very professional compared to other cheat providers, they didn't have immature members or staff, they had a good website with a proper client billing centre with dedicated products and processes. I didn't have an issue with the price as I could afford it and from what I've seen and heard it seemed reasonable. EA is definitely the most sophisticated cheat provider for the quality of their customer service, products and procedures.
After Payment
After I paid I posted in the purchase alert section and was replied to straight away by staff and VIP members welcoming me to the VIP side, there is definitely a sense of community here. I waited 12 hours I think and I was granted access to the VIP sections.
VIP/Cheat - First Use
When I first bought the cheat I could not use the hack, the content distributor would not load on my system so I could not use the cheat, I think I used it once on a higher spec PC for a day or so. I was quite disappointed about this seeing as my PC could run CS:S fine but couldn't load the cheat, but I put EA to the back of mind and drifted away from CS:S.
Recent Weeks - Playing with EA
I received a higher spec PC a few weeks back and immediately requested a Hardware ID revalidation which happened quickly with no fuss, once again a demonstration of excellent customer service.
I used a legit config and was really impressed with the latest version of the cheat. It's really customizable. Great interface and has no bugs. I've never been called out I get great scores and make sick shots.
I honestly don't believe there is a better cheat on the market, the price is representative of the product.
Current Thoughts
They've just recently re-vamped the forums and website and it looks fantastic, great work and it really suits EA.
Areas of improvements
Personally for me, I would like to see more videos in the showcase, user submitted and official as it's a first point of sale for the cheat. Maybe show using of different anti cheat software etc...
I would also like to see a thread, with the best legit and best rage config for CSS - user voted, stickied at the top for everyone to use :D
