Yy about the fps I putted it on 30 fps which was a mistake should be putting it on 60 or more so it didn't lag.

Thats why I record on old engine.
And don't use fraps.

As most others have said, music could sync much better with the frag.

EDIT: Anyhow I don't like this over-edited short-clips not so much. I love to see details.

This will be unsuccessful seeing as you need demos. and with the hauppauge, you cannot remove huds, and your wallhacks will show.

Your animations will probably bug out on 500 FPS but... whatev's.
Commands:
host_framerate 500
startmovie movienamehere

It will record TGA files thats why you need Virtual Dub.
Theres a few tutorials on YouTube on how to use Virtual Dub.
