I'd like to know how cafe certs work. Help would be very much appreciated.

goto hlss website and follow the directions to set it up. Once you initially get it set, you have to do the file/options step each time you launch the cafe. open hlss and goto file/options navigate to folder for the game you are trying to rage. steamapps\cafeblahblahblah\counterstrikesource...y ou get the idea

IF you want to use HLSS with a cafe account. Follow these steps... It's what I do

Load Cafe
Go to directory of new cafe account
Add autoexec.cfg (copy/paste)
Load HLSS, target new directory of cafe account
Load Distributor
Load CSS

That's basically what I do. Works well. Takes a bit of effort because you have to change the directory each time but oh well.
