Only certain features such as anti-aim can be detected by KAC. Nothing critical like the esp and aimbot and nospread/norecoil can get you banned by KAC though.

No spread and no recoil are the features that cause shaking.

However, this is a partial no recoil that can slightly remove some recoil without shaking if used properly.
