i have a canadian paypal with USD in it. will i be able to buy EA with it or am i gonna need a american paypal?

It's a middle man of sorts between EA and paypal. It helps to check for fraud and such.

Prices can change at any time without warning but it's been this way for months already so I wouldn't worry too much I suppose.
