How does this cheat bypass VAC?

With some security features. New features are coming up soon as a ring0 application which disables VAC completly.

There is always a chance of getting VAC banned while hacking. Currently project Aurora is being worked on which howdy already explained. Project Aurora is ring0 device driver, as of right now we have ring3. Once project Aurora is released, it'll be much more safer. All users at EA have been using the CSS hack and have not been VAC banned as of January.

Yellow means "Use at your own risk". It will stay that way until Project Aurora is released. There is no ETA when it will be released. As I said before, nobody has been VAC banned since January.
