yes it is, they buy it on their comp, and when you dld it to your comp, it locks onto your comp when you first log on and inject it...

It would happen if you download HIV and login with it it will lock on your computer.

Yes. Your friend can buy the cheat. During this, you have to type in the forum-name who get the access on HIV. He can just fill in "str4t" and you will get access.

And i need help because i am a league player for CGO and stuff, and im about to buy this hacks, i heard valkyrie is a like blocker cheat thing? like um hides your cheats? andd i heard it only comes with lifetime can someone like help me with what i can do?

Lifetime is not available and to get valkyrie you must buy lifetime which may not be sold again for security reason for valkyrie.
When I purchased lifetime it costed 100$
