Like, I really can not sleep right now. It's weird, I am tired as crap but I just cannot sleep for anything. My eyes are burning and I keep yawning but I just can't sleep. Going to get a breakfast burrito!

When they had the Spanish Bagel I used to buy that. Ever since the Breakfast Burrito McSkillet came out though. I won't eat anything else from their breakfast menu. It seriously kicks ass.

I wish you guys could see this video Chad Johnson made. The guy is ripped, has virtually no body fat and plays for the Bengals (American Football Team) He eats McDonalds every day.

Haha, I never said -I- ate McDonalds everyday. I have a child so I know I'm not a virgin :D

Anyway, while we're on the subject of bad eating. Do you realize that just about every food item you buy in the grocery store that is manufacturer by a big name company, is chemically engineered to keep you eating their products? It's the same reason why the health industry doesn't cure many diseases. They want you to stay sick otherwise they couldn't make money off of you.

If you buy ANY processed food whatsoever you're not doing any better than fast food.

Only way to go is to freshly pick your own vegetables and seed them for growing your own gardens free of pesticides. Diet sodas (Aspartame) are as bad as regular sodas and Tap water is about as bad as anything you can buy in the store. The best way to drink water is mineral enriched water from your own well.

This is why the obesity levels have skyrocketed with the emergence of all of these fast food restaurants and big corporations marketing junk food.
