So i sold a steam and he said he didnt no pre-load meant the steam doesnt own it so he made an unauthorized dispute i added chatlogs to extra info and explained will i be fine? i also made him Non refundable in msg to sender b4 the payment was sent

Well, i got fucked out off 500$ over paypal with a situation like that where i sold virtual items on a game, they then reported me hence getting the money + the items and i wrote and my case was basically proved and they didn't do anything about it.

Paypal fucked me out of $350 when I was frauded on eBay, basically, they don't care, as long as the transaction goes through they make money, after that you're fucked.
