there is a reason for this, imagine if the Anti-Cheat Developers only had to pay 20$ to get their hands on the software and could do so at any time they wanted, this would give them an upper hand in detecting the software and would end in EA having un-happy customers because it only takes one league ban to ruin your reputation

best bet is to keep your eye out in the announcement thread for possible lifetime availability (im not saying its going to be available again, but if it is thats the quickest way to find out)

The only thing that's stopping me is... Valkyrie. Since I can't get it, I am very disappointed in myself for not purchasing it once it was available. Hopefully EA will give the community another shot at Life-Time. I would buy it the same day it was offered. Ha, but I'll live. I hope to purchase once I receive my paycheck on Thursday. Woot!
