Steam Bug

As much as steam sucks cow anal chunks for a job, there is a problem that plagues me every once in a while. Sometimes when I join css and refresh servers, it doesn't even do it as fast as I know it can. Its like 50 servers every 30-50 seconds. And if I do get in game, even 1 person talking on mic will net me a buffer overflow. If anyone knows what this is, it would help if it happens again. It also happens if I install Condition Zero.

Turn off all your firewalls. And then lower your graphic settings some. (in-game settings)

yes this has happened to me as well.

heres what i did to fix it.

Steam-> Settings-> Downloads-> Set your Speed to "Cable/Fiber > 10m

this seemed to help me and my friends.
