Didnt post it for the quality. I posted for the funny comments they were making.

Anywho...any suggestions on how to improve the quality? I am an ameture when it comes to this stuff. I used the demo feature and then frapsed the demo. The I use Sony Vegas to edit. The only way I can get decent fps with fraps is play the demo back all on really shit settings. I guess Ill have to monkey with it a little more.

quality of the video is also dependent on which codec and the kind of quality in which you render the video in the end.

You can also choose how many fps your final video will be as well as the output resolution
