Proof that valve doesn't accept demos, lol so many people have threatened me by saying they recorded me and sent the demo to valve to vac ban me.

How do I report a cheater?

he's saying nubs will threaten you by saying "im gonna demo u and get u VAC'd" but that highlighted red states they will discard, or put to the side, the demos of hackers sent to them because they let VAC do the work.
